The ceiling on the auction in all Chits will be 25% of the Chit Value. |

5% of the Chit Value will be the foreman's commission. |

Subscribers who want to attend the auction should come in person or send their proxy with proper authorisation letter at the time of auction. |

Subscription must be paid within 1 week of the auction dates. |

Subscribers will be allowed to participates the auction only if they pay their instalments upto date. |

Dividend will not be allowed for delayed payments. |
|
Chit cancellation amount will be refunded only after the termination of the group. |
|
The company is not responsibel for any payment given by the customer without proper receipt acknowledgement. |
